Unless its for a committed relationship, like rasminya declare. My mum continue, all those couple who didnt abide by all those rules, for sure mmg x kekal. She's seen a lot of it already. All of them ends with breaking up.
My mum, "Mama don't want to see you n zwan breaking up in the end. Make sure adek tell zwan this".
Then, i realized too... no wonder only during the weddings and engagements all those things must be one of the hantaran. hihihi... ;)

Then there's another superstition that says, you cannot give shoes. He gave me those too.
haha. It's like we're purposely trying to prove these pantang wrong, kan? =P
But I guess in the end, it's really up to the couple whether they last or not. Material objects shouldn't really affect anything. Superstition is just superstition, I guess.
